How to use the service
Step 1 - Get your cards
To register online you need to fill in the registration form which only takes a few minutes. All we need is some basic information such as your name, address and passport or ID number. Within 5 working days we will send you:
- Loading Card
- payzone worldwide money MasterCard® Card
If you register on-line you'll be able to load up to £1,700 on-to your MasterCard® Card. The money can be withdrawn then INSTANTLY from any MasterCard® ATM's pay for purchases in store where Debit MasterCard® is accepted and to shop on-line.

By registering online you'll be able to load up to £1,700 onto your MasterCard® card each year.
For load up to £10,000 you'll need to send us a verified copy of your passport or ID card. This can be done by visiting any branch of the Post Office, and using their "ID Checking Service". This will verify that the copy of your passport or ID is the same as the original. To find out more, please visit Post Office™ website. Please note there is a £7 fee for this service and you'll have to fill in a form - you may download it from here (PDF file, 69 KB). Then, you'll need to send this document to us. Alternatively you can get your passport notarised by an authorised individual, (Notary, Solicitor or policeman).

You can buy your payzone worldwide money card pack from one of our selected agents. No registration or ID will be required!
You can load up to £350 onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® Card immediately.
The prepaid card can be used to pay for purchases in stores where Debit MasterCard® is accepted.
To enable you to use the card online or to withdraw cash from an ATM you must first register your card details online.

Step 2 - Load money
Simply go to one of our 5,000 payzone worldwide money agents across the UK with your Loading Card. You can load up to £350 per transaction. This money will be INSTANTLY available on the MasterCard® card.
There is no need to show your ID or fill in any forms.

Step 3 - Spend money
Once you have registered your card details online, the money can be INSTANTLY withdrawn from any MasterCard® ATM worldwide. Your card can also be used to pay for purchases in store where MasterCard® is accepted or to shop online!
