payzone worldwide money is the ultimate prepaid payment card. It can be used to share money with your friends or relatives, as a travel card or as a tool to manage your spending. With payzone worldwide money you can load money regularly onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® which can then be used anywhere in the world. For example, you can share your MasterCard® with your friends or relatives and they can use it to immediately spend cash you have loaded onto the card. They can use the card to pay for their purchases in stores, or online, or withdraw cash at one of 24 million ATMs worldwide displaying a MasterCard® logo.

To load your MasterCard® you just go to your nearest Payzone™ agent with your Loading Card and simply load your money instantly onto the MasterCard®. There are no credit checks and no banking history is required; in fact you don't have to provide any documents to obtain a card pack. All you need to do is visit one of our selected Payzone™ agents. You can load your money there and then. You can also get your card pack at our website by completing a simple registration form.

1.2 How can I register for payzone worldwide money and how long will take?

You do not need to send any documents; you just need to provide us with basic information such as your name, address and passport or ID number. By registering online you will be able to load up to £1,700 onto your payzone worldwide money prepaid MasterCard®. If you have not obtained a card pack from a Payzone™ agent already, one will be sent to you by post.
In addition, you can register by calling us at +44 (0) 203 02044 351 where one of our customer service representatives will complete the online registration form on your behalf. Please note that while registering online is free, you will incur a £3 charge to register using our customer service helpdesk. We will apply a £3 charge directly onto your card so sufficient funds will need to be available.

2.1 Your payzone worldwide money Card Pack.

You can obtain your payzone worldwide money Card Pack by either visiting a Payzone™ agent or by applying online at www.payzonemoney.com.

  • Visit one of our selected Payzone™ agents.
  • Ask the agent for a payzone worldwide money Card Pack.
  • Your payzone worldwide money Card Pack consist of a Temporary Loading Card (can only be used once), a plastic MasterCard®, and a PIN code.
  • No documents or registration forms are required
  • Load up to £350 there and then. The Payzone™  agent will load the funds onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® by swiping the Loading Card though his terminal.
  • Your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® will be topped-up within seconds!
  • Obtain a receipt confirming your transaction.

The amount of money that can be loaded onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® depends on your registration status:

  • Pre-registration: If you have bought the payzone worldwide money MasterCard® from one of our agents, you can instantly load up to £350. It is a perfect pay-as-you-go-card - no registration, no ID or any documents required. Simply load the money and enjoy the freedom of paying for your purchases in stores around the world. Please note: At this stage the payzone worldwide money MasterCard® cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATM or to pay online.

We will ask you to confirm your registration by providing some basic information about yourself, such as your name, address and passport number. Registration only takes few minutes and your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® limit will be instantly increased to give you much more freedom to share and spend your money.
  • Notarised: To increase your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® limit even further, we will ask you to send us a notarised copy of your passport. You can do this by going to any Post Office branch and asking for the copy of your passport to be certified. You can also ask a professional person (such as doctor, teacher, policeman or solicitor) to sign a copy of your passport and certify that it was taken from the original. 2.3 What is the PIN code for the MasterCard®?

The PIN code or Personal Identification Number is the four digit security code for the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®. The PIN code is required for making cash withdrawals from ATMs and for making purchases at stores.

The PIN code cannot be changed. You can find the PIN code beneath the scratch panel, next to the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®. Please scratch the surface carefully to see the PIN code.

Always keep the PIN code secure and share only with the person who will be using the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®!

2.4 Do I need to pay for the payzone worldwide money cards?

There are no charges for our payzone worldwide money cards. There are also no fee for using the card in stores or online.

2.5 What if I have no bank account or have no/bad credit history?

You do not need to have a bank account in order to obtain a payzone worldwide money card pack. Also there is no need to have a credit history in order to use this service.

2.6 Is there anything special to consider when using my payzone worldwide money prepaid MasterCard® card?

For hotels and restaurants, there is in terms of authorization 15% of the original transaction amount added to cover possible tips etc. Should no tips has been given the original transaction amount will be considered and charged to your account. Please note that your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® card does not work on unattanded point of sales e.g. gas stations.

3. LOADING MONEY

3.1 How do I load money onto my card?

Simply go to any of the 5,000 Payzone™ agents with your Loading Card and the amount of money you would like to load onto the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®. The Payzone™ agent will swipe the Loading Card through his terminal and collect the cash from you. Your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® will be toped-up within seconds!

If you have sent the payzone worldwide money MasterCard® to your friends or relatives, they can instantly withdraw money you have loaded from any ATM displaying the MasterCard® logo (over 1 million ATMs worldwide).

3.2 What do I need to bring with me when I want to load money?

You only need to bring your Loading Card, the amount you wish to load in cash (GBP only), and the transaction fee as well.

3.3 Will I need to fill in a form or show ID to load money?

No documents or registration form are required. Simply present your Loading Card to the Payzone™ agent.

3.4 How can I ensure that the transfer has gone through?

After the transfer, you will receive your customer receipt from the Payzone™ agent. You should keep this safe in case you have a query about a transaction. You can check your account balance anytime on the www.payzonemoney.com website or you can call the Customer Helpdesk (+44 (0) 203 02044 351). The recipient can also check the account balance at selected MasterCard® ATMs which provides this service. In all cases the account balance will be displayed in GBP. A small fee of 50p will be charged for balance inquires.

3.5 How can I find my account balance and transaction history?

There is an account information section on www.payzonemoney.com where the account balance and transaction history can be viewed. You can call the Customer Helpdesk (+44 (0) 203 02044 351) and they will inform you about your balance and transaction history. The recipient can also check the account balance at selected MasterCard® ATMs which provide this service.

In all cases the account balance will be displayed in GBP.

3.6 Can I cancel the transaction?

It is not possible to cancel the transaction after money has been transferred.

3.7 What is the maximum load value at any one time?

The maximum value that can be loaded in any one transaction is £350.

3.8 What is the limit on the amount of times I can reload?

There is no limit of number of times you can reload. The only limit that will be applied is the limit defined by your registration status:

  • £350 for pre-registration
  • £1,700 for registered
  • £10,000 for notarized

3.9 Can I load my card online?

You can only load your card at over 5,000 Payzone™ locations. Check the agent Locator for a full list of Payzone™ agents where you can top up your prepaid MasterCard® .

4. SPENDING MONEY

4.1 How can I use the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®?

The payzone worldwide money MasterCard® can be used to access your funds in several ways:

Withdrawing cash from ATMs

The payzone worldwide money MasterCard® can be used at any ATM in the world displaying the MasterCard® logo, 24 hours a day. Simply insert your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® into the ATM machine and follow the instructions on the screen. Remember, you will need your PIN code to complete the transaction. This service is only available when you register.

Paying for purchases in store

Your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® can be used at over one million locations worldwide displaying the MasterCard® logo. Paying by card is safer then carrying cash and you can keep track of your spending by checking your transactions history on our website.

The retailer will swipe the card through his terminal or till point and ask you to either enter your PIN or sign to authorised payment.

Paying online or by phone

You can use your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® card to pay online or by phone. You will need the following details to complete a transaction:

  • Card number: This 16-digit number will be provided to you upon registering your card on our website
  • Expiry date: The expiry date will be provided to you upon registering your card on our website
  • Cardholder Name: It is a name that you provided while registering your card on our website
  • Address: The billing address that you must use when shopping online is the same as the address that you provided while registering your card on our website
  • Security Code/CV2 code: The 3-digit Security Code will be provided to you upon registering your card on our website

This service is only available when you register with us.

4.2 How much money can be withdrawn at ATMs?

You can withdraw as much cash as you want from the funds in the account, subject to the withdrawal limits of the ATM you use. There will be a fee of £1.50 charged for each withdrawal. Some ATMs may charge an additional fee for dispensing cash. We recommend that you avoid using fee charging ATMs. It is also important to note that the exchange rate may vary and the currency withdrawn depends on the ATM used. Usually it will be the local currency of the ATM wherever the recipient is located at the time.

4.3 Which ATMs can I use and how can I find them?

Using the payzone worldwide money MasterCard®, founds can be withdrawn at any ATMs worldwide where the MasterCard® logo is displayed. Founds can be withdrawn 7 days a week. To find your the nearest ATMs, visit our website and use our MasterCard® ATM locator.

4.4 Are there fees for using the MasterCard in-stores or online?

There are no charges whatsoever for using your payzone worldwide money MasterCard® in-stores or online. You can enjoy spending money for free at over 24 million high-street and Internet merchants worldwide.

4.5 How much is the exchange rate?

We offer highly competitive exchange rates, to ensure you can access your money worldwide without paying exorbitant fees or charges. Our current exchanges rates are available at www.payzonemoney.com. The exchange rate is fixed by us daily and is an indicative rate. When your recipient withdraws the money, the exchange rate used will be the rate on the day of the withdrawal.

5. OTHER CARD ISSUES

5.1 What happens if my cards are lost/stolen/retained by ATM?

If your card has been lost, stolen, damaged or retained by an ATM, immediately call our Customer Helpline on +44 (0) 203 02044 351 or use the 24x7 online suspend service by logging into your card account at www.payzonemoney.com. Your card will be blocked automatically to secure your funds. You will be able to apply for replacement cards.

5.2 What happens if my PIN code is lost or forgotten?

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN a new card will have to be issued to you. A replacement card must be requested directly from the bank and will be delivered to you by post the Cardholder within three weeks

5.3 How do I get a replacement Loading Card?

Your Loading Card is linked to a particular MasterCard® for your security. This means that if your Loading Card needs to be replaced, so does your recipient's MasterCard® and PIN code. To get replacement cards, you must register in the same way as you did before. You simply select the 'replace card' option on the registration form

5.4 When will the Loading Card and MasterCard® expire?

There will be an expiry date on the front of both the Loading and MasterCard® Cards. There will also be a reminder printed at the bottom of your receipt 6 months before the cards are due to expire.

5.5 How do I replace my expired cards?

When your payzone worldwide money cards expired you have to re-apply for the new set online at www.payzonemoney.com.

5.6 How do I withdraw my money if my cards expired?

If this happens, then you and your recipient can get a new Loading and MasterCard®. Your recipient will be able to withdraw their money as soon as they have received their new MasterCard®.

5.7 Do I need to activate my cards?

There is no need to activate your cards. You can load and withdraw founds straightaway.

5.8 How soon is the money available on the card?

The money is available on the payzone worldwide money MasterCard® within few minutes.

5.9 How many payzone worldwide money cards can I have?

You can have only one payzone™ worldwide money card set, containing a Loading Card and payzone™ worldwide money MasterCard®

5.10 Can I register additional MasterCards for my Loading Card?

Unfortunately you can have only one card payzone™ worldwide money MasterCard® per Loading Card.

5.11 Is there a minimum age limit for registration?

To apply for a prepaid MasterCard®  you must be at least 18 year old

5.12 How long are the Loading and MasterCard® cards valid for?

The card is valid for a maximum period of three years after initial loading.

5.13 What countries can I send money to?

You can send money to any countries where ATM machines are available and where the MasterCard® is accepted.

5.14 What should I do if my registration details change?

You should contact the Customer Helpdesk on +44 (0) 203 02044 351 and give them your new details.

5.15 Is there a limit on the total amount withdrawn from card?

You can load up to £10,000 onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard®. Any attempt to load further founds will result in the transaction being declined. You can only withdraw/spend founds that have first been loaded onto your payzone worldwide money MasterCard®.

5.16 There are transactions on my account statements that I have not done-what can I do?

If you want to report any discrepancy or dispute send a written complaint to info@mypayzonemoney.com by stating: payzone worldwide money prepaid MasterCard® card number, date and time of transaction, disputed amount and currency, merchant, reason of your dispute. Upon receipt, Banque Invik will start investigation. Your payzone worldwide money prepaid MasterCard® card will be credited after successful clarification with the merchant.

Note: This might take up to 180 days

5.17 How do I block my card if lost or stolen?

Need to report a lost or stolen card? Call the customer service at +44 (0) 203 0244351 (Mo-Fr 8.00-20.00, Sa-Su 8.30-17.30 CET). Alternatively suspend your card directly on www.mypayzonemoney.com.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Customer Helpdesk.

payzone™ worldwide money offers a customer helpdesk where you can direct your questions or queries. The Customer Helpdesk will ask for your first name, last name, the card number and the reason for the call. We will never ask you for the PIN code of the MasterCard®. This should never be revealed to anyone for security reasons.

6.2 What is the billing address I should use for online purchases?

The billing address that you must use when shopping online is the same as the address that you provided while registering your card on our website.

6.3 How can I close the account?

If you want to close your account you have to contact the helpdesk on +44 (0) 203 02044 351 for further guidelines. Additional details are available in Terms and Conditions supplied in your Welcome Pack.

6.4 How can I obtain remaining founds if I close my account?

We recommend redeeming the remaining funds by using an ATM machine or using the card in stores or online until the card fund is exhausted. Additional details are available in Terms and Conditions supplied in your Welcome Pack.

6.5 Where can I notarise my passport copy?

You can go to any Post Office branch and ask for the copy of your passport to be certified. You can also do this by asking a professional person (such as doctor, teacher, policeman or solicitor) to sign a copy of your passport and certify it was taken from the original.

6.6 What is CVV2/CVC2 Code?

The card verification value, called CVV2 Code (Visa) or CVC2 Code (MasterCard) is a 3 digit code that is required to do online transactions with your card. It represents the digital signature of the Cardholder.
